Little acts of Sustainability from the Heart of India helps the Health of the Great Barrier Reef

From the heart of India, students of Heritage International Public School, brain storm ways to help the great Barrier Reef flourish. Thanks to Mr. Craig McGrogan to have initiated the ' Be A Marine Biologist For A Day' program that has allowed students to think of utilising their resources judiciously, planting trees and pledging to switch off the lights, fans and air conditioners when not in use. They also created models on harnessing energy through solar pannels

As many of our students have never seen a sea or an ocean, the program brought visuals of a mesmerising under water world which they had seen in their text books but never imagined would be so beautiful. Interacting with Mr. Craig McGrogan over zoom call also made the program very informative and interesting.
